Olympian Motors: Product Manager & Design Engineer
I’m proud of the progress we made on both the Model 01 and Model 84 during my time at Olympian Motors. My first challenge was converting loose outsourced art files into solid models using Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, integrating hundreds of connection points to refine the structure for production. I designed and prototyped the door latch system, main console dash, and steering rack at NewLab in Brooklyn, also introducing “suicide doors” in place of a traditional B-pillar for the rear entry.
I created multiple chassis variants and battery-connection points for different skateboard platforms, ensuring our design language remained cohesive across all components. To oversee manufacturing, I traveled to Asia and worked on-site for a week, managing a team of six engineers and implementing real-time file updates.
